Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 hours and then shipped with tracking. Delivery times vary between 7 and 10 business days depending on your location.
2. Are there delivery charges?
Delivery is free in mainland France for purchases over €50. Below this amount, delivery charges may apply, calculated automatically at checkout. International rates are also displayed at the time of ordering.
3. Can I return an item?
Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to return your jewelry. The jewelry must be unworn and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
